You have 30 days to return most merchandise. However, please report all returns within 3 days of receiving your order. Please check your items for any damages, defects, size discrepancy, etc upon receiving it so we can assist you promptly and while the item is still in stock. If there is a problem, please immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will promptly do everything we can to make it right.
When returning an item it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of payment. If an item is damaged and is unable to return such as glass, please email a picture of the damaged item. When shipping merchandise to us, please ship it back the same way it was shipped to you. Carefully packaged to avoid damage to the product.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be returned using the return label provided by our company. This is necessary for tracking information. You will receive an email once your item is received letting you know when to expect your refund, which is usually 3 to 5 business days once the item is received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), pet products, seasonal or clearance items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Shipping cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Neither can they be redeemed for cash.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
